Saura Weekly Update 9/26/22-9/30/22

Hello Sauras, this is your weekly update from South Stokes. This week is Homecoming here at South Stokes, and we are having a Spirit Week leading up to the big Homecoming Football game on Friday night against East Wilkes. Monday is Pajama Day, Tuesday is Adam Sandler Day, Wednesday is America Day, Thursday is Flashback to Middle School Day, and Friday is Saura Pride Day. We will be having a Homecoming Pep Rally on Friday where the Homecoming Court will have the Mock Homecoming parade. On Monday teachers will be sending home progress reports. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your child's grade. We will be having Fall Conferences on October 4th. Wednesday we will be having a Senior Cap and Gown Meeting in the main gym at the start of second period, and Sophomores will have a class ring information meeting following that meeting. This week in Saura Sports, on Monday Soccer is home Starmount. Tuesday, Volleyball is at Mt. Airy, on Wednesday volleyball is home against cornerstone and soccer is home against North Stokes. On Thursday golf is at Hemlock, volleyball is at East Wilkes and JV Football is also at East Wilkes. On Friday we will be home against East Wilkes for homecoming.
