Saura Weekly Update 9/16/24 - 9/20/24

Hello Sauras! This is Dr. Bottoms with your Saura Weekly Update. On Monday, we will be on the homeroom schedule. Students will report to homeroom after 2nd period. Progress reports will go home this Tuesday, 9/17. On Friday, a representative from Western Carolina will be on campus to speak to students in the library at 10. This week's Saura Shout Out goes to Auriel Roman. Auriel has helped her fellow students in her computer programing class. She helped her get logged into the platforms necessary to do the work and began teaching her the lessons from the first few days. Thank you Auriel, for your kindness and leadership. This week in Saura Sports, on Monday, golf is at Cross Creek and soccer hosts Mt. Airy. On Tuesday golf will be at Pilot Knob, volleyball travels to Elkin, and tennis to Mt. Airy. On Wednesday, tennis is at North Stokes and soccer hosts East Wilkes. Thursday, tennis at East Wilkes, golf is at Hemlock, volleyball hosts Alleghany, cross country is at Ivey Redmond and JV football hosts Elkin.
