Saura Weekly Update 8/12/24 - 8/16/24

Hello Sauras! This is your weekly update from South Stokes. On Monday, we will be having our rescheduled 10th-12th grade floating Open House times at 6-7:30 pm. School begins on August 14th. We ask that you be patient as we work to update student schedules. If your child has a hole in their schedule, or needs to make a schedule change, they should come to the office and complete a schedule change request. Student login and Google passwords have been changed. They will receive their new password when the receive their Chomebook on the first day of school. We will be reaching out this week to provide bus pick up and drop off times for those families that requested them at Open House. One bus change is that bus 57 has been replaced by bus 91. This Saturday JROTC cadets will travel to the annual Purple Heart Ceremony. This week in Saura Sports, on Monday volleyball travels to West Stokes and football travels to Surry Central to scrimmage. On Wednesday, volleyball travels to Bethany, and soccer hosts West Stokes. This Friday, football travels to West Stokes to scrimmage.
