Hello Sauras, this is your weekly update from South Stokes. On Tuesday progress reports will be going home. On Saturday our JROTC Cadets and Band will be Marching in the Walnut Cove Christmas Parade beginning at 2:00. There will be a drivers education class this winter for students born on or before 7/8/2009. Class dates are January 8,9,11,12,16 and 17th 3:30-8:30. Open registration begins 12/4, closes 12/14, and will be posted 12/15. The $65 fee must be paid by 1/5/24. This week's Saura Shout Out goes to Kasside McBride. Kasside saw a person than need emotional and physical support and she took the time to give it. Thank you for your kindness and leadership. This week in Saura Sports, girls and boys basketball are home on Tuesday as we host Reagan High School. On Wednesday wrestling travels to East Wilkes High School. On Thursday the swim team travels to Yadkin YMCA, and Girls basketball hosts North Surry. On Saturday, the wrestling team will be hosting the annual Joe Via Invitational.
