Hello Sauras, this is Mr. Bottoms with your weekly update from South Stokes. I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. The Living Storybook performances have been rescheduled for Monday December 6th, Thursday December 9th, and Monday December 13th. All showtimes are at 7:00pm, please come out and support our Theater Arts program at South Stokes. Seniors, the yearbook is accepting baby photos for a special page in this year's book! This is different from senior ads and there is no cost to submit a photo. Please see Ms. Smith in D6 for guidelines and to submit a photo. All photos will be scanned and returned to you and the deadline to submit them is Dec. 10. Senior ads will be advertised after Christmas. This Wednesday December 1st some of our students will be taking the Fall Work Keys assessment. On Wednesday the wrestling team will be traveling to Mt. Airy High School for a match at 6pm. On Thursday the JV basketball team will be playing the make up game from last week against McMichael at home. On Friday December 3rd our basketball team travels to go up against county rival, West Stokes. This Saturday, December 4th, the wrestling team will travel to Bandys High School for a match at 9:00 AM. This information can also be found at the events section of our school homepage.
